2010...a year of reading

Hello everyone!

As I have been counting down toward 200 books read in this calendar year, everyone keeps asking me what I like to read. Those of you that know me well know that I have a list of everything I have read since 2001. A little anal retentive? Perhaps, but an idea initially gleaned from my Dad's frequent New Years resolution to read 100 books in a year. While I don't believe he ever accomplished this, after his death in 2000, I decided that I would pick up the torch and give it a shot. Some years have been a success, others not so much.

So to answer the above mentioned question, here is the rundown for 2010. Yes, I know some of this is useless drivel, but isn't escape the point sometimes.....and for those of you that ask, yes textbooks count. I read it, it counts. I will also post my top ten lists for the last several years in subsequent posts for anyone who is interested.
